Sensi

About This Project

Overview

Sensi is a refined residential sanctuary located on Saadiyat Island, where culture, nature, and understated elegance converge. Conceived as more than a place to live, the project is shaped by a philosophy of balance, clarity, and emotional connection to space. Minimalist architecture, light-filled volumes, and carefully composed proportions create an environment where design does not dominate, but gently supports a slower, more meaningful way of life inspired by art, light, and the surrounding landscape.

The lifestyle at Sensi is guided by wellness, creativity, and everyday inspiration. Landscaped gardens, swimming pools, children’s play areas, cafés, retail spaces, and a fully equipped gym are seamlessly integrated to encourage movement, interaction, and calm moments of retreat. Shared spaces such as the business centre and outdoor gardens foster connection while preserving privacy, allowing residents to live within a community that feels curated, human, and deeply rooted in its cultural surroundings.

The residences at Sensi are designed with a focus on refined functionality and understated luxury. A limited collection of apartments and townhouses offers private balconies and terraces, contemporary fit-outs, and carefully selected finishes that enhance comfort without excess. Thoughtful layouts include options with laundry and maid’s rooms, private basement parking, and seamless transitions between interior and exterior spaces. Every home is conceived as a personal canvas — a place where light, proportion, and materiality come together to create a living experience that feels calm, intentional, and quietly inspiring.
