Wadeem Gardens

About This Project

Overview

Wadeem Gardens is a premium villa community by Modon. The project is designed as a collection of three gated clusters, offering spacious 4-, 5- and 6-bedroom villas. The architecture combines Contemporary Arabic and Modernist styles, with a variety of layouts that allow each home to reflect individual preferences and provide a sense of privacy and exclusivity.

The community is planned around a lifestyle-focused concept, bringing together everyday comfort and leisure. Residents have access to a wide range of amenities, including clubhouses, retail and dining outlets, waterfront promenades, parks, and recreational spaces. The master plan also includes international schools, healthcare facilities, and an extensive network of walking and cycling paths, creating a well-balanced environment for families and active living.

The villas are designed with generous layouts and large plot sizes, offering ample space for comfortable family living. Finishing and materials follow a modern approach, focusing on quality and functionality, while the homes are delivered unfurnished, giving residents the flexibility to design interiors according to their own style and needs.
