Azizi Florence

About This Project

Overview

Azizi Florence is a landmark master-planned community designed as a harmonious blend of nature, architecture, and family living. Set across an expansive 30 million sq. ft., the development offers a diverse collection of villas, townhouses, and apartments, thoughtfully arranged within six residential clusters. The current collection comprises standalone villas in four-, five- and six-bedroom configurations together with townhouse units arranged as four-, six- and eight-plex blocks, with more than 7,200 villas and townhouses planned across the community. The project is positioned as a long-term family destination, built around quiet, low-density living within a large integrated masterplan.

The community centres on a large park that anchors all six clusters, offering zones for recreation, culture, discovery and wellness, along with outdoor theatre space, weekend market areas, sports courts, jogging and cycling tracks, dancing fountains, a skating park, water park and children's play areas. A dedicated community mall provides retail and dining alongside a gym, indoor pool, sauna and steam facilities, massage rooms, a cinema, an escape room, an adventure zone, a supermarket, a medical clinic and a VIP lounge. Each residential cluster additionally has its own clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, gender-dedicated gym and wellness facilities, a mosque, a cluster park with a sitting area and barbecue space, and community retail services.

The residences are finished with high-quality materials, featuring elegant interiors, spacious layouts, and large windows that maximize natural light. Kitchens are thoughtfully designed with modern fittings, while bedrooms and living areas reflect a balance of comfort and sophistication. The residences are delivered fully fitted.
